1. Introduction

Welcome to sitpage ("sitpage," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the sitpage website, platform, content, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using sitpage, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

sitpage is a presentation and exposure platform. Our role is to display, describe, and promote digital projects and related assets in a structured and curated format.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, sitpage is not the direct seller, registrar, broker, escrow provider, payment processor, or transfer agent for domain names or other listed assets.

sitpage acts solely as a showcase and exposure platform. Final sales, transfers, payment handling, escrow, and any applicable seller verification or ownership validation may be completed through official third-party platforms, specialized marketplaces, or other verified industry providers operating under their own terms and procedures.

Accordingly, any final purchase, transfer, or acquisition may be subject to the terms, conditions, policies, verification procedures, and transactional rules of the applicable third-party platform.

3. No Guarantee of Sale or Availability

The presence of a project, domain, landing page, demo application, or asset on sitpage does not guarantee that:

• the asset is still available,
• the price remains unchanged,
• the seller will complete a transaction,
• the third-party marketplace will approve or process the sale,
• the transfer will be completed successfully,
• the buyer will qualify under the rules of the third-party platform.

Availability, ownership status, pricing, and transfer conditions may change without notice.

4. Third-Party Sales and External Platforms

sitpage may contain links, references, buttons, and redirects to third-party services and platforms where a listed asset may ultimately be purchased or transferred.

Where a transaction is completed through a third-party marketplace, registrar, broker, or sales platform, that transaction is governed by the terms and policies of that third party, not by sitpage.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• sitpage is not responsible for the execution of third-party transactions,
• sitpage does not control third-party identity verification procedures,
• sitpage does not control third-party escrow, payment, or transfer mechanisms,
• sitpage is not liable for the performance, non-performance, errors, or omissions of any third-party platform,
• any dispute relating to purchase, transfer, refund, chargeback, delivery, ownership claims, or verification processes may need to be resolved directly with the applicable third party.

5. Seller Responsibility

Sellers, owners, or project submitters are solely responsible for the materials, claims, pricing, descriptions, screenshots, demo content, representations, and rights associated with any project or asset presented on sitpage.

By submitting or listing any content, asset, or project, the submitting party represents and warrants that:

• they have the legal right to present, advertise, or promote the asset,
• the information submitted is accurate to the best of their knowledge,
• the asset does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party,
• they comply with applicable laws and third-party marketplace rules,
• they will not use sitpage to promote fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, or deceptive offers.

sitpage reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove, edit, suspend, reject, or limit listings, content, or projects at any time and for any reason.

6. Buyer Responsibility

Buyers and interested parties are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before relying on any listing or pursuing any purchase.

This includes, without limitation:

• verifying ownership,
• confirming pricing,
• assessing trademark and legal risks,
• reviewing branding and business suitability,
• checking traffic or performance claims,
• validating transfer steps,
• reviewing third-party marketplace terms and security processes.

sitpage does not guarantee that any asset is fit for a particular business purpose, commercially valuable, legally risk-free, or free from third-party claims.

7. Demonstrative Materials and Project Presentation

Some listings may include demo pages, concept sites, mockups, starter kits, logos, brand presentations, UI samples, or demonstrative applications intended to illustrate how a domain or digital project might be positioned or developed.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• such materials are presented for demonstration, inspiration, or positioning purposes,
• they do not constitute guarantees of performance or business results,
• they may be conceptual or illustrative in nature,
• certain design, code, or media elements may be subject to separate rights or licenses.

Users are responsible for confirming exactly what is included in any acquisition.

8. Identity Verification and Platform Trust

Certain third-party marketplaces or transaction services may perform seller identity checks, ownership checks, fraud prevention reviews, payment screening, escrow validation, or other trust and safety measures.

sitpage may reference or redirect to such platforms, but sitpage does not itself guarantee or replicate external verification procedures unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Any identity verification or transaction assurance offered by a third-party platform remains the responsibility of that third party.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services:

• for any unlawful purpose,
• to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information,
• to infringe intellectual property rights,
• to impersonate another person or entity,
• to interfere with operation or security of Services,
• to scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, or reuse substantial platform content without authorization,
• to upload malicious code, spam, or deceptive materials,
• to misuse contact forms, inquiry systems, or communication channels.

We may suspend or terminate access to users who violate these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on sitpage, including platform design, branding, text, curation structure, graphics, interface elements, software, page layouts, and editorial presentation, is owned by sitpage or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Project-specific content submitted by sellers or rights holders remains the property of its respective owner, unless otherwise agreed.

No part of the Services may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, reverse engineered, or exploited without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

11. User Accounts

If you create an account on sitpage, you are responsible for:

• maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials,
• all activities that occur under your account,
• providing accurate and current information,
• promptly notifying us of unauthorized access or security incidents.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

12. No Professional Advice

Nothing on sitpage constitutes legal, financial, tax, investment, trademark, valuation, brokerage, or professional advice. You should obtain independent professional advice before making business, legal, or financial decisions.

13. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, sitpage disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, uninterrupted operation, and third-party transaction outcomes.

We do not warrant that the Services will always be available, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, sitpage and its directors, officers, affiliates, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or anticipated savings.

This includes claims arising out of or related to:

• use of or inability to use Services,
• listing or project content,
• reliance on platform information,
• transactions with third parties,
• identity verification outcomes, payment disputes, transfer failures, ownership disputes, and incidents.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of sitpage for claims relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of:

• the amount paid directly to sitpage in the twelve months preceding the claim, or
• EUR 100.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless sitpage and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• your use of the Services,
• your content or submissions,
• your violation of these Terms,
• your violation of law or third-party rights,
• disputes between you and buyers, sellers, or third-party platforms.

16. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms, created platform risk, or acted in a manner harmful to sitpage, users, or third parties.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be handled in accordance with applicable European Union legal framework and competent jurisdiction rules.
