Seller Terms

1. Introduction

These Seller Terms apply to any user who submits, promotes, lists, or otherwise presents a domain, project, landing page, demo website, brand kit, starter asset, or related material on sitpage.

By submitting or maintaining a listing on sitpage, you agree to these Seller Terms in addition to the general Terms of Use and all other applicable policies.

2. Role of sitpage

sitpage acts as a showcase and exposure platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, sitpage is not the direct seller, registrar, broker, escrow provider, payment processor, transfer agent, or identity verification authority for listed assets.

Final transactions may occur through official third-party platforms, specialized marketplaces, or other verified industry providers under their own terms and procedures.

3. Seller Eligibility and Authority

By listing or submitting an asset, you represent and warrant that:

• you own the asset or are authorized to promote it;
• you have the right to submit all related content and materials;
• your listing does not infringe third-party rights;
• your statements are accurate and not misleading;
• you have authority to proceed with any transaction you initiate.

4. Listing Standards

You must ensure that each listing is accurate, lawful, and complete in all material respects.

This includes, where applicable:

• the correct identity or status of the asset;
• truthful price information or price expectations;
• an accurate description of what is included;
• truthful use-case or project-positioning claims;
• clear disclosure of limitations, dependencies, or exclusions.

sitpage may remove or reject listings that do not meet platform standards.

5. Demonstrative Materials

If you provide demo pages, concept materials, logos, mockups, copy, or starter assets, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit those materials and that their presentation is not deceptive.

You must not submit demonstrative materials that falsely suggest:

• legal rights that do not exist;
• partnerships or approvals that do not exist;
• guaranteed business results;
• ownership of protected material without authorization.

6. Third-Party Sales

Where final transactions occur on official third-party platforms or marketplace providers, you are solely responsible for complying with that third party's requirements, verification procedures, transfer rules, pricing terms, and legal obligations.

sitpage is not responsible for transaction completion, escrow, payment failures, transfer delays, ownership disputes, or third-party enforcement decisions.

7. Seller Conduct

As a seller, you agree not to:

• submit false or fraudulent listings;
• impersonate rights holders or businesses;
• misstate ownership or transferability;
• use stolen, infringing, or unauthorized materials;
• evade moderation or enforcement actions;
• misuse user inquiries or contact information;
• engage in abusive, deceptive, or unlawful conduct.

8. Listing Removal and Moderation

sitpage may remove, suspend, edit, reject, or restrict any listing at any time, with or without notice, for quality, legal, policy, reputational, operational, or compliance reasons.

sitpage is not obligated to publish, maintain, or continue displaying any listing.

9. Fees and Commercial Terms

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, displaying a listing on sitpage does not guarantee visibility, lead generation, sale, priority placement, or transaction completion.

Any separate commercial terms, listing packages, subscriptions, or promotional arrangements must be set out independently by sitpage.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless sitpage from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:

• your listing;
• your submitted content;
• your transaction conduct;
• your breach of these Seller Terms;
• your violation of third-party rights or laws.
