Bring supply to buyers who are ready to launch
sitpage is a moderated marketplace for domains, landing pages, demo sites, logo packs, and starter kits. You get structured exposure; buyers get confidence before they reach out or make an offer.
Seller workflow
- Draft — build your listing with price, media, and asset-specific fields (registrar, demo story, deliverables).
- Submit for review — move to pending review when you are ready; incomplete listings stay private.
- Moderation — our team publishes, requests changes, or rejects with policy reasons.
- Engage buyers — receive offers and inquiries; optional external sale links for checkout elsewhere.
Asset types we accept
Each listing must match one primary asset type. Mixed bundles are welcome under Starter kits when the package is clearly described.
Domains
Brandable names, niche TLDs, and portfolio domains with registrar and transfer context.
See live domains →Landing pages
Conversion-ready pages for products, waitlists, and campaign launches.
See live landing pages →Demo sites
Interactive or story-driven demos that show UX, flows, and monetization ideas.
See live demo sites →Logo packs
Brand kits, marks, and identity assets with clear usage and file deliverables.
See live logo packs →Starter kits
Bundled assets (domain + page + brand) packaged for a faster launch.
See live starter kits →We do not list illegal, infringing, misleading, or adult-only assets. Counterfeit brands, impersonation, and “guaranteed revenue” claims are rejected. See Seller Terms and Acceptable Use.
What improves approval odds
- Honest ownership — you control the asset or are authorized to sell it; registrar and transfer notes for domains.
- Complete listing — title, description (not thin copy), price or clear offer-only positioning, and cover media.
- Buyer-ready context — who it is for, what is included, and what is not included (hosting, trademarks, code licenses).
- Demo depth (for demo sites) — headline, audience, monetization angle, and a demo page or screenshots where possible.
- Clean external links — if you use outbound sale URLs, they must point to legitimate marketplaces or checkout you control.
- No bait-and-switch — listing content must match what a buyer receives; no fake logos, fake metrics, or borrowed trademarks.
Common reasons for rejection
- Placeholder text, missing price (when buy-now is enabled), or broken media.
- Trademark or brand confusion (looks like an official product you do not own).
- Domain listings without registrar, extension, or transfer guidance.
- Demo or landing assets with no visual proof of the product.
- Policy violations under Acceptable Use or DMCA / IP rules.
Examples of strong listings
Published listings with clear positioning, media, and pricing tend to perform better in search and featured slots.
Fees & monetization on sitpage
Listing exposure — sitpage is built as a showcase and lead-generation layer. Publishing a listing does not, by itself, guarantee placement, traffic, or a closed sale.
Offers & inquiries — buyers can engage through the platform when your listing allows it. You manage negotiation in good faith and keep listing data accurate while a deal is in progress.
External sale links — you may add primary outbound links (e.g. Sedo, Afternic, Stripe checkout, your own site) so buyers can complete payment on a provider you already use.
Commercial packages — featured placement, subscriptions, or separate seller packages may be offered over time and will be described explicitly when available. See Seller Terms § Fees for the current baseline.
Where the final transaction happens
sitpage is not the registrar, escrow provider, payment processor, or transfer agent for most deals. We help buyers discover assets and start conversations; closing usually happens elsewhere.
- Domains — transfer via your registrar or a domain marketplace you link to.
- Digital files & kits — delivery and licensing as you define in the listing or follow-up agreement.
- Payments — processed on third-party checkout, wire, or marketplace escrow under their terms.
This keeps sitpage fast and focused on quality supply. Read Disclaimer and Buyer Notice for the full split of responsibilities.
