Last Updated: 2026-03-19

1. Introduction

sitpage respects intellectual property rights and expects all users, sellers, buyers, contributors, and visitors to do the same.

This DMCA / IP Complaint Policy explains how claims relating to copyright infringement, trademark concerns, impersonation, unauthorized use of content, and other intellectual property issues may be reported to sitpage.

sitpage acts as a presentation and exposure platform for digital projects and related assets. We do not guarantee ownership, authorship, or legal clearance of user-submitted materials, and we reserve the right to review and act on complaints in our discretion.

2. Scope of Complaints

You may use this policy to report concerns relating to content or materials displayed on sitpage, including but not limited to:

  • copyrighted text, images, code, layouts, graphics, or documents;
  • trademarks, brand identifiers, or logos;
  • unauthorized domain presentations;
  • misleading ownership claims;
  • copied landing pages or demo materials;
  • impersonation of a brand, business, or rights holder;
  • other alleged infringements of intellectual property or proprietary rights.

3. Filing a Complaint

If you believe that content displayed on sitpage infringes your rights, you may submit a complaint through the Contact Page.

Your notice should include, at minimum:

  • your full name and contact details;
  • identification of the work, brand, content, or right allegedly infringed;
  • the exact URL or page where the disputed material appears;
  • a clear explanation of the nature of your complaint;
  • the legal basis of your claim;
  • a statement that information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • a statement that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.

sitpage may request additional information before taking action.

4. Good Faith Requirement

Complaints must be made in good faith. By submitting a complaint, you represent that:

  • you genuinely believe the use complained of is unauthorized;
  • the information you provide is accurate;
  • you are authorized to assert the claim.

sitpage may disregard incomplete, abusive, bad-faith, or manifestly unfounded complaints.

5. Review Process

Upon receiving a complaint, sitpage may, in its sole discretion:

  • review the relevant material;
  • request further information from the complainant;
  • request a response from the affected user or seller;
  • temporarily disable access to the material;
  • remove, restrict, or edit the material;
  • maintain content if complaint appears insufficient or unsupported;
  • take additional account or platform action where appropriate.

sitpage is not obligated to adjudicate legal ownership disputes or make definitive legal findings.

6. Counter-Notice or Response

If your content has been removed or restricted following a complaint, you may respond through the Contact Page and provide:

  • your name and contact details;
  • identification of the affected content;
  • an explanation of why you believe the complaint is incorrect or incomplete;
  • supporting evidence of ownership, license, authorization, or lawful use.

sitpage may, but is not obligated to, review such responses and reconsider actions taken.

7. Repeat Infringement and Misuse

sitpage reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts or listings associated with repeated infringement, repeated unauthorized submissions, or repeated misuse of this complaint process.

We also reserve the right to act against users who knowingly submit false, misleading, or abusive infringement notices.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Where listed assets are ultimately sold or transferred through official third-party platforms or specialized marketplace providers, separate intellectual property complaint procedures may also apply on those platforms.

Complaints relating to third-party transaction pages, registrar systems, transfer workflows, or external marketplace content may need to be directed to the relevant third party.

9. No Legal Determination

Submission of a complaint does not mean sitpage agrees that infringement has occurred. Any action taken by sitpage is a platform decision and does not constitute a legal judgment or admission.

10. Contact

To submit an intellectual property complaint or response, please use our Contact Page: Contact Page

sitpage acts solely as a showcase and exposure platform. Final sales, transfers, payment handling, escrow, and any applicable seller verification or ownership validation may be completed through official third-party platforms, specialized marketplaces, or other verified industry providers operating under their own terms and procedures.
